Enough with the death stuff ... that was a bit heavy, even for me.
Today I am feeling really on it, which can only be a good thing. It means creativity and excitement although I was informed by E over the phone half an hour ago that what I have is just regular Friday (or weeekend) euphoria. Which is all very well except for the fact that I actually have some work on all weekend.
Personally, I think it's the coffee I have been pouring into my mouth all morning, while I watched the news and observed the outrage surrounding the viewing figures for American Idol, not knowing wether to put my foot through the screen or try and switch the damn thing off.
Whatever ... I plan on ramping up this euphoria by drinking several more cups of strong black coffee and eating out, alone ... unless I can find Ken. I could seriously do with a burger, and I avoid eating in the diner alone. It sends out all the wrong messages and the waitress eye you suspiciously ... and quite rightly so. How far down into the the depths of desperation and depravity must someone sink to stare at waitresses in this century of voyeurism anyway? I wouldn't know. Must remember to ask Ken.

Can you get the food to go Jonas? You could play the 'I'm very busy and I have places to be' card
god, I love coffee.
I hope you have enough euphoria for the two of us, the weekends never got me excited...
Weekends are for the Warriors.
I find your blog compelling because of your skill as a writer.
I personally adore caffeine, but find my writing is better (relatively speaking) when I lay off the harder drugs.
I wonder what lies ahead for you. You have an interesting mind and talent.
hehehe! i like your coffee induced euphoria. OH, i just LOVE that feeling! like you could conquer the world and do or make ANYTHING. caffeine is like the opium of our generation, i think. it inspires creativity.
even though you have to work (i work all weekend too), i hope you have a wonderful weekend!
I had to give up the coffee - far to much euphoria was bestowed on me when I had a cup of the stuff. Now I'm on the light stuff - decaff. It's ok, but a pale substitute really.
I love your blog - glad I've found it! Your writing is amazing, and the photos - yum!
x
Dining alone can be amazing. although, I'm never without a book, so is that really the same as just eating alone? Try a movie alone too. I especially like that.
Don't worry, most people who do vote on American Idol vote like 20 times, so the ratings look a lot higher than they are.
Also, Jonas, you're from France right? Could you tell me if there is a type of french burger which comes with chocolate fudge on it? I was served one in Paris
...it wasn't nice.
It's simple, I couldn't live without coffee. I love it. I love it. It makes everything seem ok... Thanks for your comment on my blog...I love yours too...and the coffee of course.
I have similar anxieties when eating alone... I find it rather fun!
White Rabbit ... Nah, the diner isn't for the food really, it's the atmosphere (or lack of it, depending on ...)
Erinislame ... there was definitely enough euphoria for two :)
Ananji ... Thank you, thank you very much.
Jasmine ... thanks! It went well, hope yours did too :)
Red Boots ... thanks you for your wonderful comments, but I highly recommend you ditch the decaf immediately :)
EJ Griffin ... yeah, it's the same. Only different.
B ... If there is one with chocolate fudge on it, I've never seen it. Nor would I want to!
Jojo ... You're welcome and thanks ....
Martin ... Fun anxieties ... hmm weird but ... OK.
