I seem to spend my life telling people not to go on holiday with another couple and now E and I have just got back from a weird trip around the Swiss-French border with Stepek and Julie ... and good god why do i never listen to my own dumb advice. Not dumb advice in this case. If anyone is thinking of driving into Geneva, I would suggest that you don't. None of the signs make sense, the traffic lights stay red for ages ... actually, I am being totally unfair. It was great. We just got lost on the way back, driving around Geneva in the dark, the four of us, trying to find France. God, it was so stupidly annoying, I am almost ashamed to be writing a post about it.
I'll explain more about Stepek and Julie soon, because 1. they don't know about this blog and it would never occur to them to read it ... so I can discuss everything, and 2. I now hate them both. Thats not true of course ... I love them. But three days in a hatchback renault put a severe strain on our relationship and as usual Julie stank like a nightclub carpet the whole time. Ouch.
E was on form though. She's some crazy cookie.
Photo - Swiss cows. As E said, just like the Milka cows, with cowbells and everything ... only real and not purple.

Milka Cows are incredible. For what they help produce they should be given little gold cow medals.
Mmmmmm Milka
... or, large gold cow medals.
You withstood the three days though, so the relationship between the lot of you is surely a bit stronger now.
Live on a farm, never seen a cowbell.
Never?! My ideas of life on a farm have been crushed
