don't forget to look both ways ...

I love this photograph, although, like most images it looks ten times better when it is printed properly and is at least four times the size it has to be to cram onto a website. Never mind, eh? To keep things nice and tidy I'll mention that it was taken just next to the Hôtel de Ville, last summer again ... a group of people crossing the road, and a lamppost. 

Editing and rewriting was going well today until I received an email from a friend pointing out that my website "isn't there anymore", which will, if anything, teach me to check up on these things a little more regularly. It's back though.

This post is all about the photo though. Seriously ... the bigger it gets, the better it looks ...

I can see why you love it - it's amazing - the colours and sky are so crisp - I have a bit of a thing for 'blurred' photography - I think it has something to do with the irony of it giving you a clearer feeling than a focussed photo might.
